A. TOTALS: As I took the Leadership Behavior Self-assessment it really do me think about my leadership skills. My scores were higher for the holy order orient part of the test than on the undertaking oriented part. I scored an eighteen on the problem part and a twenty on the good deal part. There was non a vast difference in the scores. I did realize that I am stronger in the areas of being an active listener, compromiser and encourager.
